About the CEO

Biography
Born in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture.
His father was a Protestant pastor, and later became a businessman to support his family, but he changed jobs several times.
He spent his childhood in poverty on the riverbed of Kurihashi, Saitama Prefecture. He grew up in Yono City (now Saitama City), where school violence was rampant, from elementary school to the first semester of his third year of junior high school. In order to win the entrance exam war, he transferred to the peaceful Yamaguchi Junior High School in Tokorozawa City, graduated, and went on to Waseda Jitsugyo High School. He spent too much time at the disco “GB Rabbits” in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, and was forced to be recommended to enter the unpopular Faculty of Education at Waseda University.
Due to his experience of poverty in his childhood, he became a worshipper of money and went to the real estate company “Meiwa Real Estate”, but when the real estate bubble collapsed, he became a cram school instructor at “Waseda Academy” in Singapore. After returning to Japan, he aimed to become a lawyer. At the age of 26, he was inspired by Bill Gates’ “Talking about the Future” and started a web production company “Tokyo Cyberspace Co., Ltd.” Next, at the height of the IT bubble, he started an IT venture called Mitsumori.com Inc. using what is now called crowdfunding.
His company’s downfall came with the collapse of the IT bubble. He became a part-timer and made a living by working three part-time jobs: at McDonald’s, as a driver for a cabaret club, and as an odd job at Goldman Sachs Securities.
With the help of a friend who couldn’t stand by his side, he became an IT consultant for a systems company, but the company he worked for went under after the Lehman Shock and the Great East Japan Earthquake, his wages were delayed, and he unfortunately had to quit.
Realizing that he needed to stand on his own two feet, he started his third company in 2011 and is currently the CEO of Shinoda Inc.
These days, he is writing essays while running a fried chicken business and a Japanese language education business, dreaming of making his debut someday.
What I want to do
The Japanese economy will not recover even if Japanese people exchange wealth with each other. We need to earn foreign currency. In order to do that domestically, I think the best way is to start a Japanese language education business, considering the resources. In the future, I would like to use this as a starting point to expand domestically and then overseas.
A business that relies only on human resources will not have enough scope, so I would like to do mail order that is accessible worldwide. As a stepping stone to this, I launched a spice business. Furthermore, I launched the Dynamic Armrest business as a computer peripheral business that I believe can be related to anyone regardless of race. In the future, I would like to expand this globally.
Ultimately, I would like to build a treehouse in the forests of New Zealand and work as a self-sufficient writer.
The underlying principle behind all our actions
The CEO has Asperger syndrome, which is evident in the way he cannot rest without taking action immediately when he has an idea, and the way he carries out his ideas to the extreme once he has decided to do something.
